Amy Cole

A Florida native and life long resident of the Sunshine State, Amy was born and raised in Miami.  She spent her early years as a crew member on private and charter yachts out of Coconut Grove and Ft Lauderdale.  After getting married, Amy began yacht charter brokering in order to 'stay ashore'.     In 2004 Amy and her family came North to Gainesville so the kids could be raised somewhere with more of a "small town" feeling", and she has been here ever since.  Once Amy was "landlocked", the real estate business seemed to be a  transition from yacht brokering which Amy found still allowed her to combine her love of meeting new people and helping them with planning and documents to ensure that they have a successful experience.
