Andrea Patenaude

I’m Andrea Patenaude, a proud Central Florida resident since 1995, REALTOR® with EXIT Global Realty, wife, mom, and proud fur-baby parent. As a UCF alum with an MBA, I bring a strong foundation in business, a deep understanding of our local community, and a genuine passion for helping people find a place to call home.

Whether working with first-time homebuyers, helping sellers navigate the market, or guiding clients through their next chapter, I’m committed to making the real estate process as smooth, informed, and enjoyable as possible. I believe real estate is about more than buying or selling a home—it’s about building relationships, understanding individual needs, and helping people achieve their goals.

Giving back to the community is equally important to me. As Director of Community Engagement at EXIT Global Realty, I’m passionate about connecting people, creating meaningful opportunities to serve, and making a positive impact. My volunteer work with Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and the Coalition for the Homeless reflects that commitment. In 2024, I was honored to receive Second Harvest Food Bank’s Going the Extra Mile Award.
