I’m Angela Auffrey, a bilingual REALTOR® with EXIT Realty Associates, helping buyers and sellers in Dieppe, Moncton, Riverview, and surrounding communities. Having called Greater Moncton home for decades, I’ve watched our communities grow and change. I bring that local perspective to helping you find a home—and a neighbourhood—that fits your life.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and an extensive background in Human Resources, including 19 years with the federal government, I bring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to my real estate work. My experience in leadership and client service has taught me the importance of paying attention to details, having honest conversations, and following through. For you, that means clear explanations, thoughtful advice, and someone who stays involved throughout the process.

I hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, which provides additional training to support clients aged 50+ and their families. Whether you’re downsizing, exploring a different lifestyle, or helping a parent plan a move, I understand that these decisions can involve much more than a property. I’m here to help you explore your options with patience and respect for your individual circumstances.

I also hold the Certified Full-Service Professional designation, reflecting my commitment to supporting clients through every stage of buying or selling. I offer service in both French and English so you can discuss your questions and make important decisions in the language you’re most comfortable with.

Having experienced the service of EXIT Realty Associates firsthand, I know how much a supportive real estate professional can make a difference. That experience is part of what inspired me to join the brokerage, and it continues to shape the care and attention I aim to provide my own clients.

Outside of real estate, I love travelling, discovering new places, and connecting with people from different backgrounds. Closer to home, I’m an animal lover with two dogs who keep life entertaining and always keep me on my toes.
