Anice Jones

My name is Anice Keenan Jones. I was born in Pennsylvania but always felt my true home was in the south. I moved in 1979 to Atlanta, Ga for college. I majored in Interior Design and specialized in commercial space planning. Most of my family came to the south where opportunity abounded. I became a Realtor when I came back from a season of life that took me to Colorado and back.

I worked in the antiques and flea market industry finding treasures, going to auctions, refurbishing furniture and getting unique pieces and items from the Atlanta Mart for my booths. I enjoyed buying and selling and eventually became interested in buying and selling real estate.

I found my way to Tennessee recently when I became a gramma. Selling my home at the height of the real estate frenzy of 2021 and 2022 has given me personal insight that I can share with you as I help you sell your home.  I have been in the process of searching for a home to purchase in this time of low inventory and can understand the logistics and the emotional aspects of the buying process. 

I can assure you I will educate you on the buying or selling process, help you through the the transaction, be there for you when it's hard and celebrate with you when we get to the end. High integrity, honesty and loyalty are the most important attributes of a realtor and I'm happy to say they are how I do life and business.. My designations are Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Listing Agent, and Realtor.  I have certificates from advanced courses such as At Home with Diversity and Fairhaven.  It is very important to me to be known as an agent who has high standards.  Ethical integrity is a moral code realtors live by and are governed by.
