My name is Ann Kachmar, a licensed real estate agent since 2004, assisting residential home buyers and sellers throughout Broome and Tioga Counties. A lifelong resident of Broome County, I specialize in the Binghamton, Johnson City, Vestal, Endicott, Endwell, Apalachin and Owego areas.

Real Estate designations and certifications; First Time Homebuyer Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), combined with my knowledge of the area and experience, enable me to better assist with your real estate needs. 

A little bit about Ann Kachmar. 

A lifelong resident of Broome County, I take pride in our community and the many great things it has to offer.  After attending high school in Johnson City and completing an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from SUNY Broome, I worked in an administrative area within IBM. While working at IBM, I went back to school for an AAS degree in Computer Studies and moved into the Information Technology field.  My past work experience helped me develop strong organizational and communication skills.  These important skills enable me to better guide you through the complexities of a modern real estate transaction. 

Outside of real estate, spending time with family and friends, golfing, gardening, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are important. Enjoys volunteering at various community functions.
