I am a full time Realtor/Associate Broker, specializing in the management and sales of REO properties in Northern and Central Alabama. While I am state licensed, I specialize in Jefferson, Blount, Cullman, Walker, Winston, St.Claire and Shelby Counties. I do however service Marshall, Morgan, Limestone, Fayette, Marion and the surrounding counties. I have 20+ years experience in the real estate industry. 3 years expertise in property management versed in Section 8. 20+ years of REO expertise. I have spent the greater part of those years perfecting field agent expertise, Closing coordinator expertise, as well as being a seasoned listing and buyer's agent. On the REO side of my world, I take great pride in delivering timely and accurate data to our corporate clients and asset managers. I strive to keep their carrying costs low and focus on the best way to promote and market their properties effectively. I also specialize working with first time home buyers and Investors. I also hold RESE, SRES and C2EX professional designations.
