Anne Walker

For the past 46 years I've had the privilege of living in Utah. I was raised in the Sugarhouse area and have lived in several cities throughout the state. I enjoy different landscapes, seasons and all types of outdoor recreational activities. 

As a homeowner I've had the opportunity of buying and selling multiple properties. I've also had first hand experience in new construction. Having built homes from the ground up, I'm familiar with the new construction process in working with builders and subcontractors and understand what that entails. With my husband's construction background I've been involved with remodeling projects and have enjoyed making improvements and customizing our properties to better suit our needs. I understand the responsibilities and commitments that come with home ownership and find great joy in working hard to achieve goals and meet expectations. 

As a Real Estate Professional I believe being a Realtor means more than just finding or selling a property - it means honoring the trust you've placed in me with loyalty, care and constant communication. I take my fiduciary duties seriously and will always safeguard your interests. I am a member of the Local, State, National and MLS Boards. I utilize opportunities for continuing education and training so I can stay up to date with industry changes. I'm also surrounded by a network of exceptional, competent and committed experts who know this industry inside and out. I take great pride in knowing our clients will be championed at every level of the home buying and selling process. 

The last 30 years of my life have been spent in serving my children, grandchildren and community. I love devoting time and attention to people and put in the effort to build meaningful relationships. I'm devoted, detail oriented and have a strong work ethic. My biggest and highest priority is to provide my clients with exceptional care and service without compromising honesty and integrity.
