I have lived in South Florida for 25 years, 11 years in  Delray Beach. A lot has changed in Delray but to me its still the Village by the SEA !  

I am happy to assist buyers, sellers and investors in Delray Beach Florida, or towns near by. I work with a team of Professional Realtors, So if your out of my area I can still help you.  I like working with first time buyers.  If your a seasoned seller or buyer, I can help you navigate the sometimes complicated automation and AI.  

A little about my road to Real Estate sales. I started in the United States Marine Corps As a 0351 Dragon Gunner.  After the Marine Corps I went to college for Aviation, Pilot training at SIU.  After completing my Bachelor degree, I was a flight instructor at the university. Then I spent the last 30 plus years as an International Airline pilot.  Often flying to Hong Kong, Beijing, Tokyo,  And Tel Aviv, Israel and more.  Soon to retire from Flying, mandatory retirement age is 65.

I have been a licensed Realtor for 20 year.   I loved my career as a Pilot, but always knew I would not stop working and this is just a good fit.  I have been  Married 26 years, 4 kids and 5 grandchildren.

A few more important points about me. I am not looking to be the award winning realtor with a 100 plus  sales a year. Quality over quantity.  If you do not have a brother, sister, uncle, aunt or friend from 20 years ago; that is a Realtor, Lets talk, we will do what it takes to earn your trust!
