Before real estate, I spent eight years as a Lead Resolution Specialist, where I developed skills that now directly benefit my clients: negotiating successfully, managing complex situations, and keeping transactions on track even when challenges arise. That experience taught me how to listen carefully, identify the real issue, and guide people to practical, positive outcomes, qualities that are invaluable in today’s real estate market.
