Candice Hodges

I am the Associate Broker of EXIT Real Estate Consultants and the Regional Director of EXIT Realty of Louisiana. With more than 20 years in the real estate industry, I’ve built my career around something that has always mattered most to me, people. Helping people grow, succeed, and create opportunities for themselves is what continues to drive me every day.

As a second-generation real estate professional, real estate has always been more than a career for me, it’s part of my story. I’m proud to continue that legacy while also building one of my own through EXIT. Today, I have the opportunity to work alongside our offices throughout Louisiana, including Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, Moss Bluff, Sulphur, and DeRidder, while helping expand EXIT into new markets and working with the next generation of franchise owners.

What I love most about EXIT is that our business truly is about people helping people. From our unique residual program to the opportunities we create for agents and owners, I’ve seen firsthand how this company can change lives and give people the ability to build something much bigger than simply selling real estate.

Whether I’m working with agents, supporting our owners, growing new markets, or helping someone take the next step in their career, my goal is simple: help people see what's possible and give them the tools and support to get there.  

I believe success means more when you can help someone else achieve it too. My hope is to continue growing EXIT throughout Louisiana, developing strong leaders, and building something that will impact people and families for generations to come.
