Stephen grew up in Sussex, New Brunswick, where he and his siblings learned the values of hard work and rural life, with a strong appreciation of the natural environment. Here is where he met his "high school sweetheart", Katie! After graduating, he completed a bachelor's degree at St. Thomas University. He enjoyed his time in Fredericton studying Criminology, alongside Katie, who was studying at UNB at the same time. He also found himself taking extended time to travel and volunteer across Canada and South America, as well as studying in Spain, with the University of Salamanca.

While working in construction, Stephen moved to Moncton, New Brunswick in 2008, which is where he stepped into a sales role at a car dealership. This is where his love for customer service and sales took off. He found himself competing at the National level, putting his sales process skills to the test - and becoming the #1 National Champion with a luxury car company. After several years of nationally recognized success as a sales person, he moved into management, where he continued to reach top accolades, achieving #1 performing sales manager in the country for several years. He also trained his staff to always stay customer focused and to provide the best service in Greater Moncton. Throughout this time, he contributed to the business' success and was pursueded to move on and take over as the director of sales for an advertising company. With quick growth patterns and a proven ability to build dynamic, strong sales teams, he managed this time very well, while, simultaniously, enjoying the precious first few years of his daughter's life! As a highly skilled manager of sales, with several years of real estate experience, he and Katie decided to take their business to another level, with Stephen joining the industry full-time. With a strong focus on assisting clients at all stages in their life, whether its a first time home purchase or an executive property, Stephen thrives at providing results that impress.

Stephen enjoys time with his family, pushing his limits in the kitchen, hiking, riding waves & fresh snow, time with his dog, golf and all things motorsport. Over the years he's pushed his abilities on many world class race tracks.
