Angela Hunter

Originally from south Alabama, I have lived in Tuscaloosa more than 20 years now. In that 20+ years, I have married my sweet husband, Jeremy, graduated from the University, moved several times all over Tuscaloosa county and and have been have raising 5 beautiful chilhdren here in this great city. Over the years, I have been fortunate to work in a restuarant setting, spend time in retail work, teach preschool, serve as President of the TMSE PTA, and own a catering business. With a deep love for serving people and loving our neighbors as we should, Real estate became a natural fit. Growing up in construction with my dad owning a land clearing business and my brother being a licensed builder the terminology came easy. My husband and I have bought two homes that would be considered a fixer upper and have helped in other building projects for Habitat for Hunmanity, a blitz build for a family through church connections, and helped with many other projects. Six years in real estate and now working as an associate broker  has left me with a love to work with a range of buyers and sellers. First time home buyers are some of my favorites to see cross the finish line into home ownership. Helping growing families sell that first home and find something for all the their growing needs is rewarding. Real Estate innvestors, as they grow their business portforlio is always a learning experience for me, and I attempt to learn as much as I can. Older homeowners that are looking for a little more freedom and are downsizing, these are just a few of my favorite opportunies in real estate. I take each opportunity to learn to diversify my knowledge to help my clients. I have taken a 1031 exchange class, interior design class to help with staging opportunities, and many others.
