Kay Graves

I am a Full Time Realtor. This IS my "real" job. I have been licensed since 1992. My drive has always been to be in charge of my own income and success. I thrive on personal acheivement. My career path for Real Estate has been tied to mentoring and teaching as well as a constant drive to learn more and become more efficient/ effective in my business. I hold several designations, including GRI and New York State Real Estate Trainer. Much of my business in the REO field as well as expired listings. I have written and taught REO programs at our local Realtor Board, as well as at my office. 

I have been married to Bob, my husband since 1986. We have 2 grown children. Bob was a special education teacher at Maine-Endwell High School and director for the Drama Club. He is now retired from teaching and working in our office as a Realtor. (and doing quite well!) We are both in Chior at our Church, and involved with activities there. We enjoy traveling, family time, friends, and socializing. 

My Exit Family has been very supportive and caring. We are truly one big family! This is a great opportunity to grow my business, help others grow thier business , continue to learn and give back to each other and our community. Since I moved to this office in 2016, we have continued to grow this location to double +  agents. We are in the process of moving to a new location in our own building to better serve our community.
