I have over 40 years experience with real estate sales, lending & title for both Residential and Commercial.  I've held positions in banking, accounting, and escrow management for both residential and commercial real estate in a major lending institution in Florida, where Im also licensed and have been for over 28 years.
 
I have been serving the Louisville and Kentucky real estate area for 14 years, 3 of which have been with Exit Realty Crutcher. I have found a home with the tightknit Exit Realty family and have been able to grow even more with their support.
 
My background and expertise make me uniquely qualified to be a liaison not only between my clients and lenders, but also for attorneys, title companies, inspectors and other agents. This helps make the sometimes difficult process of negotiating and closing effortless for my clients. 
 
I was a licensed Kentucky life insurance sales agent, a previous President/Board Member of the Fern Creek Community Association & Chamber of Commerce, and was also on the Board of Co-Alliance of Louisville, Kentucky.
 
I have a profound desire and commitment to provide my clients great service in the goal of fulfilling their real estate dreams; whether selling or buying.   In the unfortunate circumstance of foreclosure or short sale, I offer full service and treat my clients with respect, dignity and compassion.
 
I have experience as a manager of several Kentucky attorneys and real estate closing title offices. Then I branched off and spent ten years owning my own title company, licensed in Georgia, Kentucky & Indiana.  I have been a closing agent for real estate loans, closing paralegal, coordinator and office manager.
 
I have many computer skills in Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets, settlement statements, computer file maintenance, investigation, problem solving and customer service.  I have developed & maintained records and relationships for transactions/customers.  I have reviewed and maintained documentation, reports, spreadsheets, charts, workouts, closings, credit investigations and loan monitoring/servicing procedures.   I have experience with escrow accounts, analysis, delinquent taxes, accounts payable/receivable, reconciling reports/statements, research, voucher preparation, balancing subsidiaries, wire transfers, and audit procedures.
 
When I'm not absorbed in real estate, you can find me spending time with my family at home in the country, or out organizing and attending fun local events. I enjoy yardwork and keeping a tidy home. I love the outdoors and enjoy soaking up the sun on my back porch.
 
My main focus is helping people!   I love to learn and and enjoy teaching my peers what I know.  I like to be hands on involved and be an asset to the deal!
