Stephanie Zarr

My name is Stephanie Zarr, and I’m a lifelong resident of Cherokee, Iowa. My husband, our three children, and I love calling Cherokee home. One of the things I enjoy most about selling real estate is the opportunity to help others discover and invest in the community I’ve always loved.

I help clients build wealth by guiding them through the real estate market with confidence and care. My expertise is primarily in residential real estate, working with both first-time home buyers and experienced buyers alike. I also have experience helping investors enter and grow in the real estate market. I proudly serve all of Cherokee County and much of Northwest Iowa.

As part of the team at EXIT Realty Midwest, I’m backed by the strength and resources of four Northwest Iowa offices located in Spirit Lake, Le Mars, Cherokee, and Spencer. Together, we are committed to delivering real people, real results, and real estate expertise throughout the Northwest Iowa corridor.

Community involvement has always been important to me. I have served as both Vice President and President of the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce and have participated on several chamber subcommittees. I currently serve on the City of Cherokee’s Planning and Zoning Commission and am an avid supporter of youth activities in the community, where I continue to stay actively involved. I am also a member of several professional real estate organizations, including the Iowa Association of Realtors (IAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Northwest Iowa Regional Board of Realtors.
