Angela Mariani

Hi, my name is Angela Mariani. I enjoy working with buyers, sellers and investors.  I hold a Real Estate license in both Illinois and Florida and I've been a top producer in both states.

I am a designated managing broker/owner in Lombard, Illinois which is just outside of Chicago and I have been licensed in Illinois since 2004.  My son who also holds a license in Illinois assists me with serving my Illinois clients which allows me the flexibility of servicing both states.  I have been licensed in Florida Serving the Southwest Florida area since 2017 and love to call Naples my home.  I've been with EXIT for 7 years.  Much of my business has been relocating buyers to Southwest Florida.  

My certifications include CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) as well as SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource). These certifications have helped me by providing additional training which I use for my business on a daily basis.

I promise the utmost in confidentiality for all my clients. I also promise to be truthful to my clients. They may not like what they hear, but I will always tell them the truth about their options and about how the transaction is going. I believe communication is key with every transaction.
