My name is Annette Kirshner and I have been helping buyers and sellers make their real estate dreams come true in the Sarasota and Venice area for the past 38 years. We raised our family here and have watched the community blossom.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, my husband and I moved to Venice as newlyweds and have enjoyed the outdoor natural entertainment up and down the coast. We love to walk on miles of undeveloped beaches in south county, enjoy sunsets on Siesta beach, explore wonderful waterways & restaurants by boat, and bike the trails that connect Sarasota to Venice through tree-lined paths, along the bay and intracoastal waterway. Our grandchildren love the white sand beaches of Siesta!
