Jadwiga Waloch

Hi, I’m Jadwiga Waloch (Jadzia), and I’ve proudly been serving the Flagler County community since I earned my real estate license in 2015. I’ve lived in Palm Coast since 2004, which has given me a deep understanding of the local market and the people who make this area so special.

I’m a Notary Public since 2002 and a Certified Signing Agent, and I hold multiple professional designations, including CIPS, GRI, ABR, SFR, e-PRO, C2EX, AHWD, RENE, MRP, and FMS, which allows me to guide my clients—both local and international—through every step of the buying, selling, or investing process with confidence and clarity.

I currently work as a Broker Associate with EXIT Realty First Choice. Beyond real estate, I’m committed to supporting my professional community. I served as Membership Director for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® in 2017 and I am honored to serve as President-Elect in 2026.

Through my work with the U.S. Army in Europe, I received the United States Army Europe and Seventh Army Scroll of Appreciation in 1992 and the Department of Army Quality Service Training Award in 1987—experiences that taught me the value of dedication, integrity, and service.

Real estate is more than a career for me—it’s my passion. I love helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives, and I take pride in building lasting relationships along the way. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures.
