Trish Hahn-White

I’m Trish Hahn-White, a REALTOR® and Property Manager with EXIT Realty Group, and I’m proud to serve Muscatine and the surrounding communities I’ve always called home. I was born and raised in Muscatine, graduated from Muscatine High School in 2004, and earned my Business Management degree from Iowa Wesleyan College in 2008.

I bring over 20 years of customer support experience to my real estate career, including 10 years in the insurance industry, where I developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how to advocate for my clients. Now in my fourth year in real estate, I have a true passion for helping first-time homebuyers navigate the process with confidence while continuing to support our local businesses and strengthen our community.

I’m known for being hard-working, goal-oriented, and highly organized, with strong time management skills that allow me to keep transactions moving smoothly. Staying involved in the community is important to me, and I’m proud to be active in several local organizations, including the Young Professionals Network, Chamber Ambassador Network, Muscatine Women’s Leadership Network, and Junior Achievement. I also enjoy organizing and supporting fundraisers throughout the year to give back to a variety of non-profit organizations in our area.

When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling when I can, spending time with my husband and our two very spoiled dogs, Brooklyn and Charli, watching HGTV and any cooking show featuring Gordon Ramsay, and attending hockey games—Go, Minnesota Wild!
