I’m Laya Gavin, Broker at EXIT Realty Sun City, leading a high-performing residential brokerage serving the Phoenix Metropolitan area and surrounding communities. My mission is simple: empower clients and real estate professionals to build wealth through real estate—professionally, ethically, and with community at the center.

Born in Joliet, IL, I spent 20 years in Oxnard, CA before making Arizona home in 2001. I raised my daughter here in the Valley of the Sun and care deeply about fair housing, access, and “democracy in housing” for every neighbor.

With an MBA in Finance and years as a Licensed Real Estate Broker, I guide our office in delivering confident outcomes for buyers, sellers, and investors. I’m a Continuing Education Instructor and hold designations including ABR®, MRP, SRES®, AHWD, e-PRO®, and PSA—and I just recently completed my GRI® to further elevate our standards of practice.
