Charito Newland

My name is Charito Newland. I have been in the Jacksonville area since 2004. My husband is stationed at the Naval Air Station Jacksonville, and my family fell in love with the area and decided to retire here.

I have a Bachelors degree in Business with an Accounting concentration. I was previously the marketing director for Chik-fil-a (a Franchise in Fleming Island, FL) and an Accounting Coordinator for the Southeast Regional Office of McDonald's Corporation, but realized that Real Estate is my passion.

I received the Top Salesperson Performer during my first quarter in Real Estate and was again awarded the Top Performer in July 2008. I was ranked in the top 10 among Top Sales Performers in the Region. I truly believe that if you give your best in whatever you do, what you get in return is only the best.

I am also active in my local Church, and I lead a women's fellowship group in my neighborhood since 2004.

I enjoy helping people find their dream home, and with my background in Accounting, I can also guide them with their financial decisions.

I treat my customers the same whether they are buying a hundred thousand or a million dollar property. It's a joy meeting people from every walk of life and to be able to make their dream a reality.
