Beth Carpenter

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Beth earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Gannon University before going on to complete her MBA at St. Bonaventure University, with a concentration in Marketing and Finance. Her early career took her throughout the Eastern United States, where she worked with some of the nation’s largest engineering firms, managing and marketing multi-million-dollar projects.

What began as a personal interest in real estate soon evolved into a full-time passion. Beth launched her real estate career in 2003 and quickly established herself as a top-producing agent in the Central Virginia market. With several years of experience, she has successfully guided both buyers and sellers through new construction and resale transactions across a wide range of property types.

She has built her business and reputation through years of dedication, consistently delivering personalized service that exceeds client expectations. Her experience spans all price points—from entry-level homes in the $100,000s to luxury estates and bed-and-breakfast properties exceeding $2 million—setting her apart from agents who focus on a single niche.  She specializes in residential real estate in Hanover, Henrico, Chesterfield and Goochland Counties around Richmond Virgina.

Outside of real estate, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, running and working out, traveling, and cheering on her daughter at equestrian competitions.
