Beth Cook

I am Beth Cook, Co-Owner and Operator of EXIT Town & Lake Realty, in Bracey and South Hill Virginia. My real estate career began in 1987.   My partner and I joined forces in 1995 so we could offer services we both thought our clients and customers deserved.  We offer a wide range of services to our clients such as listing, selling, and property management; however I specialize in homes around Lake Gaston in VA & NC having lived here since moving to the area from South Boston Va in 1987.  My work ethic, fairness, knowledge, energy, and loyalty have been mentioned by many as my best qualities.  

 

In October 2016, my partner and I purchased a friendly local competitor, Century 21 Clary & Associates. We gained some of the best of the best in the real estate business. Together we are enjoying the knowledge we're constantly gaining with the ever changing technology of this business. 

 

The team of Realtors we have in place has a synergy and commitment to the industry like no other I have seen.  Our Bracey office location has that lake vibe that many come to our area for.   Our South Hill Office is located in the heart of South Hill and has the lively, busy culture.  Although both Bracey and South Hill locations have different cultures, both show strong team working skills and always look out for the best interest of the clients.  We pride ourselves in servicing our clients best interests.  Each team member has something special to make our entire group a huge success.
