I moved into my home in December and had my child about two weeks later in January. They were such hard workers and always there to help along the way. Karen knit my baby girl a beautiful blanket! It was so incredibly sweet! Eventually my husband had a work transfer a few years later, and I knew I could trust Bill and Karen to find me renters. Each time my home became vacant, they knew how to get someone in it before I could fall into financial trouble. Their talent even applied to my sale. Bill and Karen were on top of everything for the sale, which made me more relaxed in the process. After our closing where we sold the house, Bill even texted me to remind me to shut off my utilities and cancel my insurance. They literally remember and think of everything.
