My name is William Joyce. Most people call me Billy. I am happily married with 3 awesome children.
I love being a Realtor with EXIT Real Estate Property Solutions in the beautiful Sunshine State. I have always enjoyed all aspects of Real Estate.
In the past, I worked in the home building and remodeling industry and was also a top producing Insurance Agent specializing in Homeowners Insurance; where I was often working with Realtors in my community. It's always been a dream of mine to be a Realtor. As soon as I was able to take the leap of faith into this career, I hit the ground running and never looked back.
I pride my Real Estate career on Integrity, Dedication, Communication, Hardwork, and Knowledge. My positive energy, attention to detail, and my work ethic sets me apart from many. With Everything I do, I give it 100%. I believe in always doing the right thing, and going the extra mile for my clients; whether it's a transaction for a $2000 piece of land or a million dollar home.
