About Brad

My name is Brad Sanderson. As Broker-Owner of EXIT Realty Midwest I strive to make all the latest tools and technology available to our team in order to assist in making all of your real estate experiences as smooth as possible.

Brad Sanderson's team services the Iowa Great Lakes and surrounding areas including, Spirit Lake, Okoboji, West Okoboji, East Okoboji, Big Spirit Lake, Milford, Spencer, Estherville, as well as other areas throughout Clay, Dickinson, and Emmet counties. We also have branch offices in LeMars and Cherokee, Iowa serving LeMars/Plymouth County, Cherokee/Storm Lake and surrounding areas.

Brad has been in real estate since 2001 and is a member of the Iowa Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, Iowa Great Lakes Board of REALTORS, and the Northwest Iowa Board of REALTORS and is currently serving as a Director on the Northwest Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS as well as the REALTOR Foundation of Iowa.
