Since 1995, I have been driven by a singular passion: elevating the real estate industry and the people within it. My journey began in property management and evolved rapidly; I earned my broker’s license within my first six months and spent years at the helm of a brokerage before aligning with EXIT Realty in 2006.

Today, I serve as a Regional Director with EXIT Realty Corp. International and CFO for EXIT Realty Upper Midwest. While my headquarters is in Lakeville, MN, I believe true leadership has no boundaries. Although I oversee a 13-state region, I serve professionals across the entire U.S., focusing on growth, leadership development, and constant self-improvement.

What makes my approach different? I’m a licensed insurance producer as well as a real estate professional. This allows me to bring a unique, 360-degree financial perspective to franchise sales, mergers, and acquisitions. My "WHY" is simple: I help agents and owners leverage their business to truly change their lives.

When I’m not focused on national growth, I’m a proud husband and father. As a Minnesotan through and through, I’m fueled by the energy of our four seasons and everything our state has to offer.
