My name is Carl Vasile,

I have been a resident of Volusia County for most of my life. My wife and I are both graduates of Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange, as are both our son and daughter. I am proud to say that I have been happily married to my beautiful wife, Terri, for 35 plus years. We have two of the most wonderful children a parent could ever ask for and two amazing grandsons.

At the young age of 18, I started my first company and since then I have gone on to have many successful businesses. About (13) years ago, I made the decision to join "Exit Realty"and within a couple of months became their number one (1) selling and buying agent. As a result of my continued top sales I am now rated #1 of all of Exit Realty offices in the state of Florida. I truly believe that if you love what you do, you will succeed. I, along with the support of the team members I have carefully selected and put in place; such as lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other associates within my business circle, have successfully closed and negotiated the largest number of deals within our offices.

As well as being a top producing award winning agent, I have successfully participated in nearly (500) million dollars in sales. I am a very aggressive and passionate person, especially when it comes to representing my clients, whether it is for a $25,000 "Short Sale" or a "Multi Million Dollar" home or condo, or commercial purchase. I quickly adapt to whatever the situation is at the time and feel that I have the knowledge, personality and tools necessary to conquer any obstacle.

Our income is solely provided to us when we close a transaction of a sale or purchase.
