About Carlos
Carlos R. Berrios is a native of Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He is currently married to his high school sweetheart, Yolanda and they have two sons Carlos Jr. and Eric Omar.
He served in the U.S. Armed Forces for thirty years achieving the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer and received numerous personal awards including six Navy Commendation Medals, Navy Achievement Medal and the Commander Naval Air Forces Leadership Awards for 2001 and 2002 in addition to unit and service awards. He has a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelors of Science in Professional Aeronautics & Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and Certifications in Safety and Management.
Because he enjoys helping people, he decided to join the Real Estate Industry. In Early 2006, he completed the Real Estate course at the Florida Real Estate Institute and then passed the Florida State Board become a certified Real Estate Associate. He currently services the Northeast Florida area and specializes in Residential and Commercial properties. He always goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction; family oriented with sound ethical principles.
His hobbies are golf, boating, camping and watching movies with family and friends.
