About Carol
My name is Carol Ridlon and I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 40 years! This has been a rewarding full time career for me beginning as a Real Estate Sales Associate in New Hampshire in 1983 and then a licensed Broker in 1984. I received the prestigious GRI designation in 1990. Before relocating to Florida I owned my own successful real estate firm in NH for many years.
I love selling homes in Florida and hold a Florida Broker's license. I am proud to work as a Broker-Associate at EXIT Success Realty since 2006. We are a team of highly qualified and dedicated agents! Over the years I have been rewarded for my consistent high production and received the EXIT Bronze Designation Award in 2015.
As a Tampa Bay resident since 1997 I have witnessed the incredible growth that has happened over the years making Tampa Bay a most desirable relocation destination.
