Hello and Welcome! I'm Caroline Riley, a Realtor in Volusia County Florida with EXIT Real Estate Property Solutions. As a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) I strive to get all my clients the very best results during the negotiations phase of home buying/selling.

Originally, I am from Massachusetts and moved to New Hampshire to attend college, where I ended up living for many years. Now I have called Florida my home for the past 15 years.  After moving to Florida, I vacationed in the Daytona Beach area frequently, so 2 years ago I decided I wanted to live where I vacationed and relocated to Edgewater, Florida.  I only wish I had moved here sooner!

Living in Volusia County is so different from South Florida where I first landed.  There is so much to do and to see.  The beaches, the wildlife, the amusement parks, the history and architecture!  I could go on all day.  I enjoy spending time with my pets and my family exploring all the natural beauty that Florida has to offer.
