Charline Siphers

Charline M Siphers, a seasoned Montana Realtor, brings a rich history of diverse professional experiences and a strong dedication to family and community to her work in real estate. Born in Missoula and raised in Stevensville, Charline completed her high school education in her hometown and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Montana.

Her career began in Seattle, where she held managerial positions at the Bon Marche and worked as a sales representative for Nordstrom. The birth of her first daughter prompted a return to Montana, where she initially took on a role as a Customer Service Representative for First Nationwide Mortgage in Great Falls. After her second daughter's arrival, Charline embraced life as a stay-at-home mom, actively participating in various school and community activities.

Charline's diverse career also includes positions in car sales, car rentals, retail, banking, and call center operations. Eventually, her path led her to Polson, where she worked in property management, a field she found deeply gratifying. This experience spurred her to obtain a Property Management license, further solidifying her expertise.

After a significant stint managing a family friend’s trust in Missoula, Charline joined EXIT Real Estate in her beloved Bitterroot Valley in 2020. With this move, she gained not only a new workplace but a supportive family within the EXIT Team. Together, the EXIT Team brings their shared expertise and deep-seated family values to serve clients across Western Montana—a region where the Siphers family has been a trusted name in real estate since 1966. In 2022, Charline transitioned from the Bitterroot office to the Polson office, furthering her commitment to the community and strengthening her ties to the Flathead Lake area.

Living in a cabin on the shores of Flathead Lake, Charline also dedicates time to supporting her sister and caring for her disabled niece, demonstrating that family is central to her life and work. Her extensive background in customer service and property management lays a solid foundation for her real estate career, ensuring that every client receives the same warmth and commitment she offers to her own family. Whether it's buying, selling, or managing properties, Charline and the EXIT Team are committed to providing exceptional service with a personal touch.
