Hello, and I hope I get the chance to meet you!

My name is Christopher Arriola (Ah-Reed-OH-lah), and I'm a proud father of three wonderful children and "Papoo" to six beautiful grandchildren--a nickname lovingly given to me by my second youngest granddaughter.

I'm a 20-year retired veteran who has lived in five different states before finding my forever home here in East Tennessee more than two decades ago--and I absolutely love this part of the country.  Over the years, I've lived in four different counties throughout the Knoxville area, giving me a deep understanding of the communities, backroads, and hidden gems that make this region so special.

When I'm not working, you can usually find me golfing (not too well, but I love it!) or driving through the countryside admiring the beauty of the area and the potential in every property I see. It was during the COVID years that I realized my passion for real estate.  I thought, "I love this area--why not help others find their own piece of it?"

Whether you're buying your first home, looking to sell, or ready to find your next dream property, I'm here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.  For my buyers, I personally walk every property you're interested in before you do; to get a hands-on look and ensure it meets your expectations.  For sellers, I take the time to get to know your home and property so I can showcase its best features and make sure it's just as appealing to potential buyers as it was when you first fell in love with it.

I'm also very familiar with contractors and Department of Energy (DOE) employees relocating to the Oak Ridge area.  I understand how important it is to find a home that's close to work but away from the heavy city traffic, and I'm here to help you discover the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and Tennessee charm.
