Waking up in Paradise each morning has brought a new perspective to my life.  For the past 36 years, I am blessed to have had a reliable and growing career in the world of international logistics.  Although the industry has changed significantly and the excitement of business travel has waned, a second career has emerged over the past two decades in real estate investment, management and leadership.  

My wife Susan, has been a licensed agent since 2008.   We took our commitment to a higher level in 2011 when we purchased our first EXIT Realty franchise in The Woodlands, Texas. That brokerage has been very successful and currently has more than thirty active agents and local management on staff.  Seven years ago, we were fortunate to purchase our first home in the Florida Keys.  Today, we call Key West "home", purchased an additional franchise and opened EXIT Realty Paradise in 2021.

We believe in giving back to our community.  Each of our brokerages follow the example of EXIT Realty Corp. International and support our charities of choice.  To date our corporate office has pledged more than $3 million to Habit for Humanity.  Locally, we support the Monroe County SPCA and the Turtle Hospital.  

We serve all of the Florida Keys and are proud members of the Key West Association of Realtors.

My emphasis is always on lifestyle.  Living in paradise is an obtainable dream. Choose the right agent to to make it an enjoyable process.
