My Name is Clyde Johnson Harcrow III and I have raised my family while traveling around the world; however, for over a decade the Greater Nashville Area has our become home. I have had the opportunity to witness tremendous growth of the city and its suburbs.  Once small, quaint communities are now bustling with development and expansion with no end in sight to the in-flux of migrants.

I am so excited to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with properties In the North Nashville and surrounding areas. I have been licensed since 2018 and am proud to represent the brokerage that first helped me when I bought a home here in 2009.  Leading up to my tender with this brokerage, me and referred members of my family and friends have been represented multiple times in real estate transactions by EXIT Realty Garden Gate Team.
