My name is Cody Craig and I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers in Manatee and Sarasota County with an emphasis on Lakewood Ranch, Siesta and Longboat Key, and the numerous surrounding communities.  Buying or selling a house can be an overwhelming and daunting process.  Will my home sell?  How much can I get for it?  What can I afford to buy?  All questions that need to be answered by a reliable and experienced Realtor.

Originally from Southern California, I graduated from Western Washington University in Washington State with a degree in Business Management.  I found my way into the boat industry which is what brought me from Seattle to Sarasota in 2001.  After a few years in the boat industry I decided to jump into the world of Real Estate.  My wife and I enjoy boating with our daughter and I spend my free time fishing and camping.
