Colette Vanyo

Hi! I'm Colette Vanyo and I enjoy being a  Realtor here at the beautiful Alabama Emerald Coast. I have experience helping both buyers and sellers navigate the local real estate market. I service Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley and surrounding areas. I work with dedicated professionals to make the buying and selling process  as stress free and enjoyable as possible. I take pride in providing my clients with personal service and am with them from contract to close. 

 

I have lived in a shore community all of my life and I love the beach lifestyle! We moved to southern Alabama in 2017 and it immediately felt like home. My husband and I are originally from the coastal area of New Jersey. I enjoyed working as an RN for over 20 years and my husband served 25 years as a New Jersey State Trooper. We could not be happier living here in Southern Alabama and I am eager to share my knowledge of the area with you. I truly enjoy the opportunity to work with my clients and I work hard to go beyond their expectations. Let me show you what makes the southern Alabama coast such a wonderful place to be!
