About Craig
Before Real Estate, I started, grew and sold a successful excavation, asphalt paving and commercial development company in Traverse City, Michigan.
I became a licensed Realtor in Michigan in 2004 and formed a land development company. Shortly after, was introduced to the EXIT Realty Franchise opportunity and quickly saw the benefit and solid foundation that had been formed within EXIT. In partnership with close friends and business colleagues, we purchased our first franchise territory in Northern Michigan. A short time later, we opened two additional offices in Michigan and one in Florida. In 2006, the partnership acquired the Subfranchise rights for the Region of EXIT Realty Michigan. In 2008 we sold our offices to EXIT Associates and I was invited to serve a full-time leadership position with EXIT Realty Corporation.
