Professional Real Estate Experience: I have been responsible for managing capital improvement, public infrastructure and housing development (single family and multifamily) projects for ten (10) years. I have overseen the acquisition of land and improved property, securing project financing and leading development activities (including design, new construction and renovations) for approximately fifteen (15) years in the public, nonprofit and private sector. My responsibilities have also included property management duties of single family rentals, multifamily assets, small commercial and land portfolios.
