Daniel Samano

My name is Daniel Samano, and I am proud to be affiliated with EXIT Realty Corporation via EXIT Gulf Coast Realty.  I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association. 

I first came to Florida in 1985 and fell in love with the natural beauty of the state, especially the Gulf Coast.  My passion for sportfishing brought me back to the Charlotte Harbor area, which is a historic world class fishery, especially for the "Silver King", otherwise known as the tarpon.  After a successful career in law enforcement, I returned to Florida to retire.  I recently decided to follow in my wife's footsteps and start a second career as a real estate professional.  I have lived in the Sarasota and Charlotte county areas since 2018.  I have traveled extensively throughout the state of Florida, from Perdido Key in the panhandle region, to the Florida Keys in the southernmost part of the state, and invested a lot of time researching various communities learning about their history, culture, and people for my own benefit.  

My wife, (who has sixteen-plus years of experience as a realtor in California and now Florida) and I researched several real estate brands and chose to affiliate ourselves with EXIT Realty Corp.  Exit Realty is a by-invitation only company, dedicated to the growth of the real estate professional.   We follow the example set by EXIT Realty Corp., the only national brand created after the internet age, which has re-invented real estate by creating a high tech, high touch philosophy that always puts people first.  We were impressed by EXIT Realty's use of cutting edge technology and their dedication to training real estate professionals to provide top shelf services to their clients, whether they be buyers, sellers, or investors.  

Newly licensed in 2024, I not only have the technological advantages and professional training provided by EXIT Realty, but I also have a network of real estate professionals with decades of combined experience I can call on to assist me with any type of real estate related issues my clients may encounter.  As real estate practices and laws change, EXIT Realty keeps me informed to ensure my knowledge base is current and I am following the best practices and procedures when providing real estate services to my clients.
