In 1991 Dave started his real estate career to coincide with his home building business.He felt he could better assist clients if he could locate available land and homes that would suit their plans and ideas.He now specializes in residential homes and land and is a Realtor serving clients in the Western Maine area.

Dave and his wife have been married 45 years, have three children and four grand children, and have lived in Fryeburg for 29 years.He is active in the community and schools as chairman of the  Bikes for Books and  Kids Who Care programs as well as volunteering with school sporting events and teams.

Dave can be found in his spare time spending time with his family and supporting his grandkids or maybe out for a bike ride or in the mountains hiking and skiing.
