David Myers

Dave Myers is Co-Owner of EXIT Compass Realty with his wife, Debbie, who is the Broker. 

Prior to opening EXIT Compass Realty, Dave Myers co-founded Alliance Performance Systems. As a professional consultant and trainer, Dave has supported large-scale performance improvement initiatives at many leading global firms, including more than 30 Fortune 500 companies. For the past two decades, he has focused on customizing and delivering results-driven solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare organizations based in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Prior to co-founding Alliance with his wife Debbie, Dave held senior line and staff management positions with several leading consulting and training companies. He also managed large-scale projects for Proctor & Gamble and Xerox.

Dave is a graduate of Gordon College. He lives in Port Charlotte, Florida with his wife and youngest daughter, Mandy. He spends what little free time he has designing landscapes and supporting Mandy at equestrian competitions.
