Diana Darnell

My name is Diana Darnell. I accomplished my goal of becoming a licensed real estate agent in October, 2018 and earned my certification as a New Home Co-Broker in June, 2019, specializing in new construction homes. Being committed to providing excellent customer service, I obtained my Accredited Buyer's Representative designation and my New-Home Construction and Buyer Representation certification in August, 2024.

My motto is: Serving People. Educating Consumers. Changing Lives. With a background in Human Resources, I am able to effectively communicate with people no matter what their situations or needs may entail. In August, 2026, I earned my SFR, (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) certification to educate and help consumers struggling to pay their mortgages or who may have already fallen into foreclosure by informing them of their options, consequences, and directing them to the right people who can help them through their specific situation. I believe that you worked hard to purchase your home, I want to help you keep it.

I serve Charlotte, Manatee, and Sarasota counties in the beautiful state of Florida.

I began my real estate career with EXIT King Realty, and after working for two other brokerages in the area, I returned to the EXIT King family. EXIT King Realty provides their agents with state of the art technology, lead generation systems, education, and a team of professionals that are always ready to jump in and assist when needed, to provide the best customer service experience. 

After living in the Clearwater, FL area for almost 34 years, my husband and I moved to North Port, FL in 2019 after my sister and brother-in-law retired and relocated to North Port from Virginia.  We started visiting my family and soon fell in love with the area.  So I'm not just a real estate agent, I'm also your neighbor who also has the best interest of our community at heart.  I have enjoyed watching and being a part of the growth of our community.

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and spending time with my husband and our three adopted cats.
