I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2005, and I obtained my Broker license in 2008.  I have loved EXIT Realty since 2007, and as of January 2018 I opened my very own EXIT Realty Franchise which is a Veteran, Woman-Owned office.  I am a current member in good standing of 3 local Multiple Listing Services which adds more value to my clients, as well as being a member of the National and Tennessee Association of REALTORS.  I am a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), I also hold an e-Pro Certification, I am a graduate of the EXIT Ambassador program, a graduate of A.R.E.A. Leadership, and I have received the "Commitment to Excellence " endorsement through the National Association of REALTORS.  Currently, I am a 2026 Committee Member for Professional Standards, also a former Great Smoky Mountains Association of REALTORS Director for 2023-24, and Women's Council of REALTORS Great Smoky Mountains Network President for 2025, I am currently a TN Veteran Advisor for the Respect and Remember Foundation (R2Factor.org), and our office is a Designated Veteran Safe Space through Rocky Top Veterans Foundation.

Currently from Kodak, I was raised in White Pine, moved to Knoxville, then back to Dandridge after serving 4 years in the United States Air Force as a Morse Code Operator during Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield.  I have been married to William for 29 years and we have 2 daughters, Sierra and Baylee.  As a family we enjoy hiking the Smokies and walking through Seven Islands State Birding Park with our 2 Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd.  I truly love the Smoky Mountains and I pride myself on being dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional customer service.  If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, let me put my real estate knowledge to work for you, "FARR exceeding your expectations".
