My name is Dionilda Bautista and Im a Real Estate Salesperson with EXIT Realty Premium, in the Bronx, NY.

I discovered my passion for Real Estate Business when I purchased my first home. Since I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, I know very well the needs of my community and I understand  how important for it is to fulfill the American Dream of Home ownership.

Working as a Dentist, I had discovered the needs and love for others and I know that the real estate world is the best fit for me. My extensive experience in dealing with patients has helped me to have empathy and earn the trust of my clients which is vital in real estate because there should always be a relationship of trust, credibility and respect between a client and their agent. 

Being an immigrant, I care for others and my community and I want to help buy and sell . My cheerful, happy natures contribute a lot when dealing with the other professionals whether it is  selling, buying or renting. Buying a house is one of the American Dream and I want to help them realize fulfill that.

My success as a realtor is due to my dedication, responsibility, perseverance and charisma. But, above all I am satisfied when I see my clients are successful on their real estate transactions due to my efforts!
