About Don
I have been a licensed Realtor® in Tennessee since 2001, specializing in residential sales in the West Tennessee regions of Germantown, Collierville, and Memphis. I am certified in the effective use of Internet Technologies (e-Pro) to promote Real Estate and to grow an online strategy to sell residential properties.
In my 18 years as a Realtor® I have applied my time not only to selling but to sharpening my skills through earning specific Designations. I have applied myself to becoming an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI,) all of which are an indication of my dedication to serving my customers and clients. I also was awarded the distinguished honor of becoming a Broker in 2005 to which I am applying towards my new position as Managing Broker of the Exit Realty office in Collierville Tennessee.
Having completed degrees in Business Administration (BSBA) and a supporting degree (AAS) in Micro Computer Management, I feel well qualified in my chosen direction in Real Estate. I pride myself in using these learned skills and the most up to date internet marketing tools in helping todays Buyers and Sellers reach their personal Real Estate goals.
I am married to a very patient and beautiful woman, Jody, and have we been together for the past 33 years. Together we have an amazing daughter and she is the absolute light of my life. I have enjoyed the great sport of golfing since the age of 10, have accomplished the skills necessary to pass my Masters License as a Boat Captain with USCG certified instruction. I have been certified as an Advanced Open Water SCUBA Diver and have crewed a boat through the Panama Canal. My interests are many but my true passion is helping others with their real estate decisions. As the new Manager of the Collierville Tennessee Exit Realty office I look forward to serving the Mid-South with exceptional realty services.
