Don Guderjohn

Don Guderjohn is an award winning full time Owner/Broker of Exit Real Estate North who has been helping to make his agents dreams come true for over 14 years.

He earned his real estate license in 1993, and as an agent sold over $35 million in Real Estate. Since then he has worked with the some of the top agents and coaches to enhance his brokerage.

He believes it is important not to compete with his agents. Don focuses on coaching, consulting and mentoring his agents. He is available at all times to help his agents facilitate the best possible outcome for their clients.

Don worked in medical equipment sales for 18 years. In 1993 he and his family decided to move to Spokane to pursue his passion of Real Estate.

Don and his wife Mary have been married for 42 years and have two children. Don enjoys fly fishing, football, baseball and spending time with friends and family. Don and Mary are proud to call Spokane home.
