Don Hillyer brings exceptional local knowledge to the EXIT Real Estate Property Solutions team. For over 30 years, Don has resided in Daytona Beach and as an alum of Spruce Creek High School and Daytona State College, Don has insider information on area schools and is a great resource for families relocating to the area. He is also a pillar of the community and spends his spare time volunteering and giving back to the community. 

With previous experience in new construction and home remodeling, as well as being licensed a 220 general insurance agent, Don knows homes inside and out! After 20 years working with the public, Don has developed apassion for providing the very best in customer service for all of his clients.
