Since moving to Virginia Beach from Northern Virginia over 6 years ago to partner with my son, Eli Miller, and EXIT Realty Professionals, I have been using my extensive expertise and industry knowlege to provide Solutions to my Clients' Real Estate needs. My goal inassisting every client whether buying, selling or Leasing is to provide outstanding service. As a Professional Property Manager and member of NARPM, I utilize upgraded marketing strategies, cash flow and income analysis, and the most recent industry upadates and knowledge to proptect my Client's investment. Managing a portfolio of over 60 properties in Coastal VA including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake,Portsmouth and Norfolk I can provide guidance and information on the state of the market and market values, rent values, vacancy fators, and the landlord tenant laws for your city as well as state and federal governments.

Prior to becoming a Realtor and Residential Property Manager I spent over 30 years in Operations and Sales Managent. As a Director/VP of Operations for Macys Department Stores I was responsible for directing and coordinating all facets of operations administration, financial activities, and logistics in individual locations up  to $170 million. I directed building services for 92 facilities encompassing 21 million square feet. I developed specifications, solicited bids, selected vendors and negotiated individual contracts in excess of $6 million. While overseeing maintenance, construction, renovations, and space utilization projects I planned and managed a $13.4 million facility reorganization project and completed new facility constuction and opening projects exceeding $60 million.

When I am not busy serving my Clients needs, I can be found enjoying time with family including my wife, 2 adult children and two grandkids.
