For the past eight years, I’ve been proud to call Merced, CA, my home. In that time, I’ve watched our city transform into a vibrant hub, drawing students, researchers, and families from around the world.

I specialize in helping buyers, sellers, and investors with residential and agricultural properties throughout Merced and the surrounding Central Valley communities. With growth around UC Merced projected to double every decade—while remaining one of the most affordable regions in the area—there’s never been a more exciting time to invest here.

My background traces back to an apple orchard in Pennsylvania, where my family built both our home and an industrial shop by hand. Those early experiences gave me a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and hard work. Over the years, I’ve bought, sold, and renovated homes in Ohio, Florida, and California. I’m also a beekeeping enthusiast and have served as a court-appointed advocate for children in foster care.

With over 15 years of experience in technical sales, teaching at UC Merced, and editing scientific journals, I bring meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, and clear communication to every transaction. I’m fluent in English and conversant in French and Farsi, allowing me to connect with a diverse range of clients.
